Establishedin 2007
RBCI, established in 2007 under the leadership of Chef Ralph Brown Sr, is a non-profit providing students a solid foundation for developing and growing a culinary career through training and certifications. Based in Charlottesville, VA, RBCI provides food service instruction all over Central Virginia using the Servsafe@ Manager as a base course. Since it's inception, RBCI has certified or re-certified over 2,000 individuals in the food service-hospitality industry.
